Monsanto Scholarship – America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders

America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund, provides $1,500 scholarships to high school seniors and college students pursuing higher education in an ag-related field of studymonsanto-ag-leaders from a two- or four-year program or trade school.

The Grow Ag Leaders program helps engage future generations in agriculture by raising awareness of the diverse career opportunities in the industry and by providing scholarships that enable students to further their education.

In 2017, the program will award over 350 scholarships, totaling more than a half-million dollars to students across the country, and you can help by encouraging students in your community to apply for this scholarship and by endorsing the application of an outstanding student you know. Students are required to have two farmer endorsements to complete their applications.

The student application and farmer endorsement period is open now through February 1, 2017. Students will receive a unique ID number when starting an application, which you will need to submit an endorsement. You can endorse a student at FFA.org/scholarships or by calling 1-877-267-3332.

The scholarship is administered by the National FFA Organization, but applicants are not required to be FFA members.

Sincerely,
America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders
The Monsanto Fund
