Carroll County Continues Burn Ban
Carroll County residents are reminded that we are still under a Burn Ban due to the extremely dry conditions. Most of the state (70 counties) have a burn ban in force. Unauthorized fires can result in fines and even criminal charges. Call your local volunteer fire department if you have questions. This post will be updated periodically with new information as it becomes available.
Update – October 14, 2010 – Burn Ban lifted until Monday, October 18, when the ban will be re-evaluated.
Update – October 18, 2010 – Burn Ban no longer in effect
